I work with clients experiencing a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, disordered eating, body image concerns, stress, and burnout. It is my honor to affirm and celebrate the identities of my clients who are part of the LGBTQIA+ community and to create a safe space to help them process whatever they are bringing into the room. Before I became a therapist, I spent nearly a decade working as a professional musical theatre actor and director in New York City, which taught me the importance of exploring emotions, making creative connections, and listening with openness and curiosity. Now as a professional counselor, I utilize these skills to help people tap into their emotions and examine their own life stories to create meaningful, lasting change.
My office is in Overland Park, KS, and I also see clients via telehealth. I provide individual counseling for adults and older teens (16+).
