My name is Erin Sunsong, and I specialize in helping individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, ADHD, or the challenges that come with being LGBTQ+. I have extensive experience helping people explore their gender and sexuality, as well as dealing with religious trauma. As a queer woman I want you to know, no matter who you are or what you believe, that I care about you, and I want happiness for you. If you resonate with any of that, I can help you.
I use a combination of working with thoughts and emotions to help you make lasting changes in your life. Whether this is across 5 sessions, 15 sessions, or more, I’m here to help you identify what you want out of life, and make a path to get there. I can also write letters of recommendation for HRT or gender reassignment surgery for transgender individuals.
