Hi, I’m Sarah! I’m a marriage and family therapist who brings warmth, curiosity, humor, and authenticity into the therapy room. I work with older teens, adults, and people in relationships navigating anxiety, trauma, burnout, identity, and relationship challenges. My approach is relational, collaborative, and trauma-informed, with a focus on helping you better understand yourself, your patterns, and what you need to feel more connected and authentic.

I especially enjoy working with LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent folks, non-monogamous and kink/BDSM communities, creatives, and people in service, corporate, and tech spaces. With lived experience in many of the communities I serve, I offer a space where all parts of you are welcome and you don’t have to spend your therapy time explaining the basics of who you are.
