My goal as a therapist is to meet you where you are in your life, learn about the obstacles you’re facing and the direction you want to head in, and start working on ways to get there. I believe there is a path forward – though it may be hard to see or take – and I think we can build helpful tools together to travel down that road.

I am proud and happy to support gender expansive and transgender people in self-exploration, awareness, and transition. I strive to provide a space that does not stigmatize gender or sexual identity, romantic orientation, or kink. If you are looking for a therapist who understands that gender and sexuality are important but are not the root of all our issues, I am here for you. We’ll talk about and explore those topics when it’s helpful, and we will not attribute every problem to identity.
